8-Day Flexi Circuit Safari

It is a great experience to watch buffalo drink from the waterholes in front of the hotel. This is a honeymoon and family-friendly trip. This safari cover major National Parks i.e. Amboseli, Nakuru, Mara & Naivasha.

Day 01 : Aberdare National Park

Upon pick up on arrival, your guide will brief you and later you will depart for Aberdare National Park. The park covers an area of 766 square kilometers and forms part of the Aberdare Mountain Range. It contains a wide range of landscapes – from the mountain peaks, to their deep, v-shaped valleys intersected by streams, rivers, and waterfalls. Lunch at Aberdare country club. Later Check into your hotel. Modeled after Noah’s Ark, it has four viewing decks with balconies and lounges to provide superb game viewing from the comfort of the lodge.

Day 02 : Sweetwaters

After breakfast, drive to Sweetwaters Camp with views across the plains to the snow-capped peak of Mount Kenya, the camp overlooks a waterhole where giraffes, gazelle and warthogs come to drink. Lunch at the trout tree. Afternoon game drive in the predator-rich Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which also contains two prominent sanctuaries, one for chimpanzees and another for rhino.

Day 03 : Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Nakuru while enjoying the breathtaking scenery that makes the landscape of the Great Rift Valley, with a brief stop at the Subukia viewpoint. Arrive in time for lunch and check in at the lodge, Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive at the Lake Nakuru National Park. Later, get back to the hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.
Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley lakes at an elevation of 1,754m (5,755ft) above sea level. It lies to the south of Nakuru, in the Rift Valley of Kenya and is protected by Lake Nakuru National Park. The lake’s abundance of algae used to attract a vast quantity of flamingos that famously lined the shore. Other birds also flourish in the area, as do warthogs, baboons and other large mammals. Eastern black rhinos and southern white rhinos have also been introduced.

Day 04 : Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, check out and drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve via Narok Town. Arrive and commence on a game drive. Check-in and have lunch at Enkorok Camp. Afterwards, have an afternoon game drive and drive back to the lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 05 : Masai Mara National Reserve

Have breakfast at the camp then proceed for a morning game drive in the reserve. Carry lunch boxes ready for a full day. Embark on an afternoon game drive in the reserve until sunset. You can visit a Maasai village this afternoon and pay on the ground. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Enkorok Camp. Masai Mara offers an absolutely unique variety of animals. The reason is that this hilly region is both humid and fertile, and is crossed by the rivers Mara and Talek which have water all year round and are full of crocodiles and hippos. The banks of the rivers are covered in thick forest, which gradually makes way for bush and grassland. The abundance of water and availability of food are the reasons why the Masai Mara, which in fact is a continuance of the Tanzanian Serengeti National Park, has the greatest population of wild animals in the whole of Africa. There is a particularly dramatic “spectacle” from July to November, the annual migration of huge herds of gnus and zebras.

Day 06 : Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, you’ll drive to Naivasha. On arrival, check into the hotel. Later, spend the afternoon at leisure (optional boat ride). Have dinner and your overnight stay at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. The lake and its surrounds are rich in natural bounty, and the fertile soils and water supply have made this one of Kenya’s prime agricultural regions. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow-barked Acacia xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree. These forests abound with birdlife, and Naivasha is known as a world-class birding destination. The waters of the lake
draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the lake’s large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallows.

Day 07 : Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park where you will arrive in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure. In the afternoon, go for your first game drive. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants among other wildlife species. The ecosystem is mainly savannah grassland, spread across the Kenya-Tanzania border. Other attractions of the park include opportunities to meet the Masai and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Even though the majestic Kilimanjaro is located in Tanzania, the best view of it is in Amboseli National Park which is strategically located at the foot of the mountain. From the prehistoric site of Observation Hill, the sunset over Kilimanjaro is magnificent.

Day 08 : Nairobi

Enjoy early sunrise game drives and later have breakfast at the lodge. Afterwards, head to Nairobi for lunch. You will have a chance to go shopping for souvenirs. Later you’ll be dropped off at the airport.
It’s a pity that it has to end, but this is where your safari will draw to a close. We’re sure that you will return home with so many exciting and happy memories, and we hope that you will join us again on safari sometime in the future
